No phone call, no retention offer, no fee. We will not try to talk you out of it.
What happens when you cancel
- Billing stops immediately. No further charge is ever taken.
- You keep access to the library until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Every template you have already downloaded stays on your device and stays yours to use.
- There is no cancellation fee, no notice period, and nothing you have to explain.
- You can re-join later at the standard price whenever you want.
Cancelling stops future payments; it does not by itself refund past ones. If you think a charge was wrong, see the Refund Policy — some situations are always refunded.
Request cancellation by email
Fill this in and we will cancel the subscription and confirm in writing, normally the same working day and always within two business days. Use the email address the account was created with so we can find it.
