Delivery Policy

What you receive

Access to the GridVault template library — Google Sheets systems for personal finance, small business and project management, each pre-wired with its formulas, dashboards and charts. New templates are added throughout the month and appear in your account automatically while your VIP Club membership is active.

No physical goods are sold or shipped. We do not send USBs, printed booklets, kits, or any physical item. Nothing arrives by post.

When you receive it

Immediately. As soon as your payment is authorised, your account is created and the full library is unlocked — there is no approval step, no queue, and no drip-feed. A confirmation email with your receipt and login details is sent to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

How you receive it

Online, through your browser. Sign in at gridvault.pro, open any template, and make your own private copy into your Google Drive with one click. From there it is an ordinary Google Sheet — use it on any device, edit it, download it as Excel or PDF if you prefer. All you need is a free Google account.

If you do not get access

Check your spam or promotions folder first — confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it still has not arrived, or if you cannot sign in, email support@gridvault.pro from the address you used at checkout, or call +1 (414) 401-5616 during business hours. We will restore access the same working day wherever possible.

If a fault on our side genuinely prevented you from accessing what you paid for and we cannot put it right, we refund the affected period. See our Refund Policy.

Templates you copy are yours

Once you have copied a template into your Google Drive it is yours. We do not expire, lock, or remotely disable copies you have made, and cancelling the VIP Club does not remove them. What ends at cancellation is access to the library and to templates you had not yet copied. Use of your copies remains subject to the licence in our Terms of Service.

Where we deliver

Everywhere. Because delivery is digital, the library is available in any country with an internet connection, at no extra cost and with no delivery delay. Prices are charged in US dollars; if your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own conversion fee, which is outside our control.
